Who Should Attend
This program is targeted for general practice attorneys; any attorney who drafts advance directives; attorneys who practice aspects of estate planning and elder law attorneys.

Event Description
An overview of current legislation and ethical considerations will be provided. The moderator will present several cases involving ethical/legal dilemmas and the audience will be asked to develop a plan to solve the problem.
